Founded in 1998, Executive Directions Pte Ltd (formerly known as Webucation Pte Ltd), is a highly dynamic education and events organisation that provides out-of-the-box, accelerated learning and experiential training programs. We aim to help individuals shorten their learning curve, spur creativity and entrepreneurial growth (if that is what they desire) and allow them to chart their own journey towards success and abundance.

Other than helping people save time and money and create wealth, our business guides them towards designing a fulfilling life instead of just making a living.

One of our cornerstone programs, the Entrepreneur Action Program, is especially unique as we coach our participants to start a business project and generate revenue even before they complete the program! We are also a strong believer that it does not take money to start or run a business successfully.

Executive Directions aims to be a highly enterprising business conglomerate that is diversified in our business portfolio through cultivation and nurturing of the enterprising spirit in individuals. We aim to continuously cultivate and nurture entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs that will result directly in jobs and wealth creation. This is where we can help to fuel economic and social growth in Singapore and in the region.

We intend to touch, inspire and empower 1,000,000 lives directly over the next 5 years (by 31 Dec 2008) through our accelerated learning and entrepreneurial programs. Profile - Ms Wendy Kwek (Founder) Ms Wendy Kwek is the owner of 7 businesses and the co-founder of Executive Directions Pte Ltd and Entrepreneur Action Program Sdn Bhd, both of which are fast growing and dynamic education and events organizations. She has over a decade of experience in global sales, regional training, management and entrepreneurial activities. She is also the Master Developer and Lead Trainer for Entrepreneur Action Program™, Effective Selling Skills and Powerful Presentation programs. Over the last 5 years as an entrepreneur, Wendy has organized and marketed huge educational events.

Together with her business partner, Mr Jerome Tan, they have been appointed as the Master Resellers of highly acclaimed programs like Money & You™ and Business School for Entrepreneurs (programs originating from the United States).

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Ms Wendy Kwek was a headhunter, global sales trainer and independent consultant. Previously as a headhunter, Wendy acquired the essential skills of corporate sales, communication, negotiation and profiling of the right people for the right jobs. Later, she joined a Fortune 500 company and was quickly promoted from field sales to regional sales trainer, and soon to global sales trainer. In that capacity, Wendy gained substantial regional experience in managing multi-million dollar contracts and coaching professional sales teams.

In her previous portfolio as an independent consultant, Wendy also helped corporations rake in noteworthy revenue through training and consultancy. One of them was LMI Singapore Pte Ltd, a training consultancy company, where Wendy brought in S$1.2 million through pure consultancy work within a short period of just 6 months.

Wendy is very passionate about learning and personal growth and she is able to inspire learning and help others see that they can be more than what they are capable of. She is an astute communicator and has an eye for identifying areas where businesses or people can improve significantly.

For her contribution as a young entrepreneur, Wendy was awarded the Spirit of Enterprise Award 2004 on 7 September 2004.

Profile - Mr Jerome Tan (Founder) Mr Jerome Tan is the owner of seven businesses and the co-founder of Executive Directions Pte Ltd and Entrepreneur Action Program Sdn Bhd, both of which are fast growing and dynamic education and events organizations. Mr Jerome Tan has 20 years of field sales and entrepreneurial experience. He is highly enterprising and has the ability to churn out tons of valuable and practical business ideas. In particular, he is adept at helping businesses reduce their costs of operations and increase their revenue with very little or no investments. Mr Jerome Tan has the experience of starting and building several businesses with nothing down. He and Ms Wendy Kwek started Executive Directions Pte Ltd with just $52 and together, they have grown the company into a multi-million dollar business.

Many people have been inspired Jerome's ability to think and act out-of-the-box. During a seminar in Dec 2003, Jerome went out with no money, name cards and marketing collaterals, and brought back a $3,000 business deal and a cheque in 2 hours. He did it morally, ethically and legally! This is just one of the many examples of him being able to create money or businesses with little or zero startup capital.

Mr Jerome Tan is also one of the Lead Trainers for the Entrepreneur Action Program. He believes that in this part of the world, we need to 'evolve' in our Spirit of Enterprise. Though he does not have much formal education, he will always tell people that, "If I can do it, so can you!" He is passionate about personal growth and has sat at the feet of many gurus and attended numerous personal development programs.

Jerome and his business partner, Ms Wendy Kwek, have each invested a six-figure sum on their personal development through attending seminars, programs, workshops and congresses. He will share with you that one of the fastest ways to get to where you want to be is to learn from masters. Sit across from and have a chat with him for half an hour and you will be amazed at his creative mind and enterprising spirit.
